In an earlier post, we talked about Cold Steel’s Laredo, Natchez, and Spike, which are some pretty solid blades. Cold Steel makes another Bowie that I like—the Bowie Point Machete.
Machetes have always seemed pretty hardcore to me. There’s just something about a massive blade chopping through branches that’s captivating. Bowie knives are typically large and menacing, too, and the addition of a Bowie blade makes this machete particularly captivating. It totals 12 inches in length, and its blade is made of 1055 Carbon. The blade also has a matte black finish, which helps prevent the knife from rusting. Another bonus of this knife is that It’s affordable ($19.95).
You can find this Bowie Point Machete and more at Blade HQ.
